Almost twelve years after India’s 1st lunar exploration mission, India bounced back towards the moon with Chandrayaan-2. It was launched in an attempt to deploy a rover on the lunar surface. ISRO had attempted to give the craft a controlled and soft landing. But due to some technical faults, the lander was toppled and the mission failed.
In 1923 Professor Paul Biefeld and his student Thomas Townsend Brown discovered this effect during the test of a new type of capacitor. Basically the Biefeld Brown effect is electro gravitation.
Two concepts invented for delivering cargo to the lunar surface: OPLONAS (Oversized Payload Lander On Non-Atmospheric Somata) and MACEDONAS (Momentum Absorption Catcher for Express Delivery on Non-Atmospheric Somata). The second can derive from the first by scavenging the flexible elements of OPLONAS, the radial high tensile ropes and the perimetrical wires.
