A clutch that controls the amount of torque communicated between two rotating members by regulating the flow of a constant volume of fluid contained within the clutch. I. What problem does your design idea solve?
All existing types of Cancer Treatments are Targeting Physical Locations of the Cancer Cells within a continuous physical space occupied by a human body.
The main problem is targeting only Cancer Cells without affecting the healthy cells and not to miss any cancer cells.
The additional problems- severe side effects.
