According to a NASA study published in 1999, there were 160,577 General Aviation aircraft of which 75% had fixed gear. These airplanes have the obvious drag penalty of the gear remaining in the airstream while in flight,
I had an idea for a space sail for interstellar travel. The premise of the sail works on Light and Dark, similar to the toy spinners in a vacuum bulb where one is painted white and the other side painted black.
The proposition is that a bipedal walking stick offers greater stability for the user, and this has been demonstrated by an MS colleague using the prototype. Uses also include helping the user climb out of a motor car.
Basically my idea is for the safety of two wheelers as I found that there are no such safety features in the two wheeler. During accidents if such safety features are found in a vehicle that would save the lives of many.
Arthritis in the hands makes peeling labels, removing bottle tops and opening packets difficult and painful. This idea uses normal gas pliers fitted with a flexible rubberised grip boot on each jaw so that small thin things can be gripped as well as small bottle tops.
In the modern era the need for fuel efficiency is highly required as there is a stigma that World War-3 would arise due to fuel and water crisis. A survey in 2012 estimated 3,900,000,000 gallons of gasoline wasted each year in the U.S. by idling vehicles.
Approximately 7.5 million people in the United States have trouble using their voices. Disorders of the voice involve problems with pitch, loudness, and quality. This can occur if the nerves controlling the larynx are impaired because of an accident, a surgical procedure, a viral infection, or cancer.
