A whole new generation of purely electric vehicles and "Plug-in" hybrids will soon be commercially available and attention has to be given to creating the infrastructure required to keep the batteries of these vehicles fully charged during their urban commutes.
From childhood we have seen balloons filled with a gas lighter than air fly up into the sky. During independence day many of such balloons are released for peace.
Have we ever thought we can use the energy of these moving balloons?
The idea is to utilize the energy of balloon moving in the air to lift a weight.
The problem with bench pressing is that you may actually exhaust yourself to the point that you can not push the barbell off of you or high enough to place it back on the supports. My design completely eliminates this problem, because the barbell remains within the support structure at all times – refer to the drawing.
Modular Spacecraft Concept:Valkerie
Abstract:
Valkerie is an attempt to create a multi-platform, multi-mission reusable spacecraft that uses gravimetric conditions in space to provide long-range capabilities. It is unique in that its main power source is a series of sequenced mechanical generators which use gravity as a force input and makes the craft in effect self propelling.
INTRODUCTION

This proposal relates to conceptual design of "valved two stroke engine with extended expansion". In a four stroke engine, power stroke occurs once in a two rotation whereas in a two stroke power stroke occurs once in each rotation. Theoretically a two stroke engine produces double the power of four stroke engine .
Imagine having a ball with an input shaft and an output shaft that you can move to almost any position and still supply a constant power to the output shaft, even while moving.
It's easy to find a 90 degree gearbox. Such a gearbox can be mounted at any angle, but is stationary. Then there is the universal joint.
Variable ratio chain drives (derailleurs) are extremely efficient, but suffer from several problems:
1. They should not be shifted under load.
2. They should not be shifted while stopped.
3. The chain is side loaded for most gear combinations, limiting the useful combinations.
4. They are subject to jamming caused by the chain wedging between the gears.
Autonomous Velocity Motors
One of the biggest problems with any device that needs an electric motor is the faster a motor turns and the more torque that is required, the more current and/or voltage is required to run it which limits the time a motor can run from a stored energy source like a battery.
This invention deals with an electronically controllable Variable Valve Lift System for internal combustion engines.
This system is a mechanical transmission having the capability of varying the lift of the intake and/or exhaust poppet valves while the engine is running and when varying its working conditions. Said variations being continuous and within wide limits.
