At Cavitational Energy Systems LLC we are able to completely convert large amounts of heat energy at very cold temperatures (~30K) to electricity; using the heat energy in the ~30K to ambient temperature difference.
Motorcycle such as a BMW C1 (Fig. 1) meets most requirements for under-served areas. It is affordable, fuel efficient, easy parking, weather resistant and with many other advantages but not safe enough compare to a four wheeler (automobile). A four wheeler is more stable than a two wheeler.
Hybrid rocket propulsion is a promising propulsion system which presents appealing features such as safety, low cost and environment friendliness. On the other hand certain issues like low regression rates, mixture ratio shifting, mixing inefficiencies, etc. restrict its use as a preferred propulsion system.
Explosive Material Identification from a Distance (EMID)
EMID is possible using our Remote Explosive Detection System (REDS) which interrogates the distant unknown suspect material using a high flux pulsed neutron beam,
Conversion of biogas to Methanol and application in IC engines
The project presents conversion of biogas to liquid fuel Methanol by Nucleophilic substitution reaction and its application in IC engine by changing valve timing.
A number of environmental and economic benefits are claimed for bio-fuels.
"Internal Combustion Engine With Direct Air Injection"
1. Changing the design of the head unit existing engine.
Result - 2x magnification power without increasing fuel consumption.
Reducing the number of parts, weight and size of the head and the engine block.
2. Production of the new engine.
The concept of reducing the resultant downward force by using aerodynamic lift is being studied in the present work. This lift is induced by a series of wings attached on the top of the vehicle. To validate the proposed method 3D models of two test vehicles,
In this railway system we will have a magnetic track which consists of NdFeB block magnets. They are permanent magnets and will create a magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to the track and NdFeB magnets have a property to exhibit the unidirectional magnetic field.
This is a glove to enable a human operator to directly command movements of the robotic hand. It utilizes the flexible linear encoders, positioned at the joints, measuring the movements of each of the 25 axis's of movement for transmission to the telepresence robot's computer.
This machine picks up to 18 inches of top soil (9 feet wide) with a vibrating blade. It is fed onto a conveyor belt that feeds soil into a set of disks that breaks it up. Then it is fed into a microwave oven on a continues conveyor belt,
