The inhabitants of the earth will continue to experience a declining availability of fossil fuels. As consumption of these fossil fuels contribute to global warming through emissions of CO2 there is a rising demand for “cleaner” energy. Advancements have been made towards cleaner energy through the harnessing of solar and wind energy. However,
Sunlight is the most abundant renewable energy resource with
an intensity of approximately 1kW/m² and over 1.5×10²²J
(15,000 Exajoules) impinging earth’s surface everyday. This
enormous energy is 11,538 times greater than the daily
consumption of 1.3EJ of the world. Earth's ultimate recoverable oil resource is 3 trillion barrels, containing 1.7×10²²J of energy, which Sun delivers to our planet in 1.5 days.
Here is a “green” technology that should revolutionize materials, design and construction methods of highway and other bridges. In addition to considerable savings, it offers the unique inherent capacity to withstand earthquakes, hurricanes and flooding, and the design flexibility to accommodate rises in sea levels due to global warming.

Hand Dryers Use up large quantities of electricity in small amounts of time. Heat coils aren't efficient, and are not meant to be efficient in the first place. Hand dryers use up at least 1100 watts of energy.
