On an average only 30% of the energy in the fuel supplied to an automobile engine is used to push the vehicle forward. A major portion of the rest of the energy, accounting to close to 60%, is either pumped out along with the exhaust gas or expelled through the radiator.
The entry presents the aerodynamic design, mechanical design and prototyping of a unique unmanned aerial platform. This platform is being developed in response to a perceived requirement for a more flexible surveillance and remote sensing platform than is currently available. Missions for such a platform include coastal surveillance, intelligence gathering by law enforcement agencies and environmental monitoring.
Mobile battery drains quickly? Need to carry your mobile charger where ever you go? Well say bye bye to that problem because "Recharger" solves your problem. Simply drop a coin and recharge your mobile for a limited time. Time of recharge can be extended by additional coins. It is able to recharge various models of mobiles.
Known vehicle suspensions equipped with steel springs feature generally linear damping characteristic determined by a generally constant spring stiffness k = dF/dx, where F is force and x is suspension's flex. This spring stiffness k can be chosen to be optimal only for a fixed vehicle mass m.
The Recent development in the automotive navigation system have rooted the vehicle guidance in the form of satellite navigation system which relies on the network signals transmitted and analyzed by the satellites.
Idea Description:
The visual inspection of Tele-Communication (TC) and its connections, antennas, antenna mountings, poles, waveguide bridges, corrosion and erosion of structural components, breaking of guy wires, missing of bolt and nuts, verticality of the structure, lighting and earthing system in the towers must be carried out periodically to avoid technical and structural problems.
ABSTRACT
Recently, wind turbines have been growing in size and complexity and blades have grown to be larger than 80 ft in length and weigh 40 tons, submitting them to stronger loads. Now they are being deployed offshore, looking for steadier and stronger winds.
The consumption of bottled water is ever increasing. India is amongst top 10 bottled water consumers. Thus, tremendous plastic waste is generated every day at public places like railway stations.
This plastic waste is segregated manually which is quite erroneous. Impurities in the segregated plastic creates major problems for the recyclers.
Loss Of Control In-flight (LOC-I) is the most frequent cause of General Aviation accidents and incidents. The proposed concept aims at preventing the risk of occurrence of a LOC-I by providing an indication of the current margins to aerodynamic stall conditions, the most frequent cause of LOC-I.
Biometrics can be used at many places like Industries, Offices, and Colleges or even at our home. This project is a fine combination of “Biometrics technology” and “Embedded system technology." Fingerprint sensor is the main part of this system. It makes use of Biometric sensor to detect a fingerprint. Fingerprint sensors use various types of techniques like ultrasonic method,
