There's a delicate balance between innovation and efficiency. Remaining competitive in the market requires innovation i.e. new products and services; but efficient systems stem from consistency and minimal variation. Therefore inefficiency will remain inherent in any industry. But augmented reality systems mitigate the cost of innovation when implemented and provide unprecedented advances in work design.
The field of Flapping Wing Micro Aerial Vehicles (FWMAVs) or commonly known as Ornithopters have seen a tremendous amount of research based upon an argument that they are more efficient than the traditional stationary wing or the rotary wing flight at smaller scales. Ornithopters emulate the natural flapping wing motion of birds and insects resulting in the flight.
A hybrid transmission system has been designed that can use two sources of power either individually or combined into one to power a vehicle. Keeping the current technology in mind, it has been designed in such a way that it is powered by one engine and one motor.
In continuation of previous entry on using solar energy efficiently, here is a suggestion for a simple, efficient design of solar thermal collectors.
1. See figure for a simple glass tubular structure for solar thermal heat collection using just air or water as medium.
For several years, research and technology development has been under way to capture electroencephalographic (EEG) signals, process and interpret them to implement a brain-computer interface, or BCI (Brain - Computer Interface). In the first years when these works were developed,
(1) Consider: Waterjet component
I.D. = 7.51'
O.D. = 7.85'
Area, Annular Nozzle = 4.12ft2.
From initial velocity, 41 knots at inlet, pump accelerates flow to exit nozzle at 133.62fps – causing static pressure therein to be 1psia (which is almost water's vapor pressure), and since this annular waterjet envelops a cavity, therefore will it vacate that enclosed space to high vacuum.
Forest fires in rural areas and semi-urban surroundings present a significant challenge to the departments of forestry, fire protection and wildland fire-control services in many parts of the world, with Ontario-Canada being the latest example in this regard. Not only does the massive extinguishing effort require novel solutions to enhance the efficiency of the fire suppression,
The proposed design of Optical Detector Sensors System [2 Sets of Photo1], implemented with the purpose of its functioning as an essential device, in a solar locating and tracking System [and similar applications], whose primary function is to orientate a solar collector to face the Sun, with azimuthal tracking of 270 deg [90 deg, dark/night, assumed,
The Circle lamp is designed to help people control lightining in their surroundings.
This is a simple solution how a person can change the intensity of light by closing the shape of lamp. Because of magnets this lamp has two positions of lightning. Open light source and closed.
