The development and production costs for VTOL aircraft are very high. An obvious way to reduce these costs is to use components from the existent aircraft. Reusing a larger and highly complex component induces lower costs of development and production. In this presentation,
This is an electronic protection against electrocution. What inspired this design? There was a case of a doctor couple electrocuted in shower room when one was trying to save the other. Result: two girls less than five years old left orphaned. Possibly the electrocution was due to absence of earth on the water heater.

Air conditioning and heating dominate building energy consumption, some 30% and that must be cut. Thermal control coating on building glazing helps. Glass plates with direct-deployed coating are available for new buildings, but old buildings are the real problem. Films with coating that can be adhered to old building windows are true answer.
In the deserts and semi-arid areas of the world the day time temperatures can be very high but they can be cold in the night. Cooking food is also a daily requirement but the source of fuel is scarce. This is seen especially in Africa and Haiti.
