The current Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) is generally rated at about 25% efficient. My goal is to increase this efficiency rate to over 50% by making the ICE configuration more correct. Current engines make around 1 hp per cubic inch. My design will increase this to over 3 hp per cubic inch.

PROBLEM:
In the United States alone people waste $73 billion every year to look for a parking spot. In Germany on an average one driver spends 48 hours every year searching for parking. This is just the waste of gasoline and diesel in terms of money. Now think about the CO2 produced by this extra usage of fuel.
PROBLEM:
Salt and other chemicals rust undercarriage components. Car-bottom rust is dangerous and expensive.
The undercarriage is vulnerable to damage due to lack of care. Salt and mud damage is a safety issue -- many undercarriage components cannot be rustproofed. The greatest need for non-collision car repair results from preventable undercarriage rust.

This is a overview of my idea. However multiple alternative fuel companies may have to work together (I personally work with a few as current customers). Use every landfill/brewery gases in the world as a gas station for internal combustion vehicles and machines.
Set up pressurized storage tanks with filtration systems at these sites.
