A safe, wireless, wearable device applicable to the finger or toe or hand palm in order to reduce the risk of the Sudden Infant Death syndrome. This device may be inside a fabric finger cap, perhaps with a pacifier, on a glove. It measures blood oxygen saturation and heart rate via pulse oximetry. When any of these parameters falls, an electric stimulation causes the child’s reaction. This reaction causes the child to save himself.
Actually, the FDA has not approved any medical device to reduce the risk of SIDS. A medical device must join two conditions to be approved. ...
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), repetitive strain injuries, also called Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs), are the nation’s most common and costly occupational health problem. They represent 50% of all lost workdays and cost U.S. companies more than $61 billion per year in lost productivity.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly two-thirds of all occupational illnesses reported were caused by exposure to repeated trauma to the wrists, elbows and shoulders.
You may be familiar with the 'risk-factors' associated with injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis or back strain. ...

With the growing demands of human needs the utilisation of conventional energy has increased tremendously. Consequently environmental issues like global warming etc. have risen. Keeping these facts in view we are preparing a model to present an idea on how the daily energy requirement can be fulfilled in a more practical, feasible and economical way by converting mechanical energy of vibration into electric energy.
In our project we are using piezoelectric material which we are going to apply on railway platform, runways, beneath the tiles of temple, road to generate electricity. imagine the number of people on railway platform.., ...

Aquapod – a personal care domestic system
This system, based in a plastic cylinder inside a square area, allows in a minimum space, 1.20 by 1.20 m, height 2.40 to perform in total ergonomic protection, all functions related to personal care. While the user will stay in the cylinder, totally plain and without dangerous edges or straight corners and volumes, in the corners left between the cylinder and the square volume, all fixtures will be integrated by different groups and will pop out as needed.
The four corners are for the following functions:
1-Toilet , urinal and service container
In order to ensure true freedom and independence all basic needs of humanity must be met with self sufficiency, and transportation is one of them. In order to make an electric aircraft not only technically viable but also economically viable it must be designed holistically with all variables considered interdependent. This concept is a lithium polymer and fuel cell hybrid, permanent magnet synchronous/ reluctance AC motor blended wing body ducted fan aircraft. The design is for up to eight passengers with a 52' wing span utilizing the NASA LNR 1015 airfoil. In the design there are a few new ...

We are safe here inside the country because our soldiers are at risk out there at the line of control. Many times they got hurt by bullets, bombs and many impacts but they have no option except moving ahead and fighting with the enemies.
In our cities also cops also get captured in many dangerous riots but they have no option except entering in it and stopping the riots. In many situations we the normal people also get captured in situations where we have no option except fight and self defense for that time.
In all this situations ...

One of the problems with vehicles is tire problem. If the vehicle has some problem then the user must remove the tire and fix the problem. And for a car user, it is difficult to remove tire and nuts especially for female users. The obstacles are time wasted and force needed. There is no tool that is easy to use to remove the nuts. The time to loosen or tighten car nuts is too long and wastes energy.
This tool has been designed to remove and tighten four nuts of the tire at a time with less effort. The tire ...

Today, solar cells are one of the most important applications of solar energy. But these solar cells face a serious problem because its efficiency cannot exceed 20%. This means solar cells are characterized with high cost or low quality. So we aim to make the sun rays to be perpendicular to plate face. This can be achieved by developing a device that can track the sun all day accurately and keep it in the perpendicular direction with respect to the solar cells plate. This device is called “Astrological Sun Tracker”.
The sun tracking became of high necessity for increasing ...

The Industrial Revolution started with James Watt's steam engines, but did you know they were atmospheric ones? It was not the fuel that gave the output work of his machines, but the atmosphere instead. The fuel was only needed to generate steam and an under-pressure by condensing it, against which the atmosphere did the greater work - it's an established fact!
With today's sophisticated technology, we now can make well-sealing pistons in as good as perfectly round cylinders, not possible in Watt's days. This allows us to create an under-pressure by pulling out a piston in a cylinder, at ...
Going over 60 mph you always have wind resistance. Now instead of streamlining you go the rout of funneling, now you have a funnel, kind of like driving a backwards van with the doors open. The faster you go, the more wind resistance you get. The funnel helps by channeling that unwanted air to a generator, then to electric motors/batteries, giving an added boost to speed and more speed is more air, all working ...
