Battery Thermal Management System for Electric Car

In North America transportation accounts for 23% of the greenhouse gas emissions produced. To determine the amount of greenhouse gases produced, and to have a basis for comparison, a measurement known as “global warming potention” is used. This measure represents the amount of heat trapped by a greenhouse gas compared to carbon dioxide over a specific time interval.

Canal Based Hydro System

This system uses the changing water level in Lake Ontario to turn one or two turbines to generate electricity. This system is only viable because the canal is between the lake and a large harbour (over 16 million square meters in surface area). Obviously as the lake level rises and falls so does the level in the harbour.

Carbon Nanotube Solar Panel Design

The sun is the largest fusion reactor we have available to us, and we do not make use of it as we should. But we are not to blame, it is the usage of "conventional" solar panels that cause the lack of notoriety for solar energy in the public.

Cart Energy Converter

As we know natural energy resources are limited in this world. Everyone is thinking of non-conventional energy resources. A single non-conventional energy resource can not fulfill the whole need of this vast world. We have to produce or convert energies where we get even a little chance.

Chemo-Electro-Deposition Mining

Chemo-Electro-Deposition Mining is a collection of technologies that exploits the acidic properties of Acid Mine Drainage to get electrical energy by means of ionic exchange. In principle it uses zero valent iron that is dissolved in AMD and displaces toxic metals such as Cadmium or Copper in AMD solution. These displaced metals are deposited on the cathode,

Coast-Based Wave Powered Generator

This invention channels wave energy through float weights, cables, hydraulics and a generator into electricity for public use.

{Diagram 1}

Float weights* move up and down on the surface of water with each wave. The up and down motion of the float weights are transmitted into linear cable motion.
