Invention pertains to the mitigation of Coriolis force in a system or apparatus using a novel method of rotation. The centrifuge is rotated in its primary direction at twice the target speed of rotation, while simultaneously rotating in the opposite direction, but at once the target speed. This submission is a device that would reduce the chance of bleed out in trauma situations such as gun shot and stab wounds. The device consists of a probe made of moderately flexible plastic that is surrounded by a ribbed latex balloon. The balloon would be inflated by a thumb pump in the handle. The principles used in a polywell fusion reactor can also be applied, and more readily, for an electron-positron antimatter collider/reactor. Polywell fusion reactors make use of the principle that electrons require much smaller magnetic energy density in order to be magnetically confined than more massive ions. However, this principle applies equally to positrons. Thus, the application of the polywell approach to electron-positron reactions instead of fusion reactions has the advantage, that all of the fuel particles can be effectively confined within the magnetic fields, and the electric fields don't have to contain an ion plasma.
